Bible Studies

Reluctant Prophets and Clueless Disciples
By Robert darden –– a Bible Study covering portions of the Old and New Testaments and introducing the Bible by telling its stories. Began October 21 and meets Sundays from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.

Library

The church library has many books that support individual goals of devotion and spiritual study. Recent additions include: The Precious Present and Who Moved My Cheese? – two popular works by Spencer Johnson, M.D.; A Time to Mourn recommended by our Parish Nurse for those seeking guidance on the journey through grief; and Chicken Soup for the Gardener's Soul, a timely addition to our widely-circulating Chicken Soup collection.

Children

Sunday School

Sunday School

Students age 5 and up are welcome to join in the fun at 9:00 on Sunday morning for Sunday school lessons. Each weekend of a single month covers a single topic with each week being a different method of discussing the topic. Some weeks are activities, others videos, and others are discussion oriented.

WINN Bible Study

An integral part of our mid-week program, Bible Study for children in grades 1-8 is held approximately twice a month September to May. The three age levels (1st-2nd, 3rd-4th and 5th-8th) study topics that help connect faith with everyday living.

Children's Library

Located on the lower level in the classroom wing, the children's library has a lending collection of books, videos and cassette tapes. Although most of the collection is targeted for children in grades 3 and under, there are some new additions to the collection that 4th-8th graders will want to check out!
